Firmoo is honestly the best service I’ve ever received. The glasses themselves are phenomenal. I got mine with the special lenses to block blue light because I use a lot of technology and it works amazingly well. Upon first ordering, I accidentally got my prescription wrong and the customer service has been truly remarkable and understanding. Definitely will be using Firmoo for all future glasses purchases.

So yall want to know my honest review. Well you got one. I aint saying its legit but it's legit. So Imma tell yall that my glasses got lost during shipping and it said it was delivered. So Im here thinking to myself where it could be and where has it gone. Check around, ask neighbors and even called up the post office. Waited like 2 to 3 days to see if would pop up somewhere. So Im like did someone really steal a pair of glasses. I mean I do live in a sketchy neighborhood, but everyone has common sense. But anyways, so like I was saying I contacted customer service to see if they could send a another because well my was missing. And they were glad to help. Im like thank god. They gave me a option for a coupon code or a refund. overall 5 out of 5
