FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

I have total confidence in Firmoo's ability to provide and deliver a quality, reasonably-priced product with stellar customer service! I've ordered about 9 total pairs of prescription glasses from Firmoo, for myself and family members. Myself, I have ongoing eye afflictions (macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, macular edema) for which I am regularly administered eye injections. This causes my vision to change periodically. Firmoo always works with me via their stellar customer service reps throughout these changes, always coming through for me. They have great styles to choose from, you can try them on virtually, and they are priced right! Get your eyeglasses from Firmoo! I highly, highly recommend.

Firmoo is definitely the place to purchase your glasses online, I ordered my first pair 3 years ago in 2015. I purchased a new pair once again this year and the service was absolutely brilliant. Customer service really helped me with my glasses which had some issues in the ordering procedure because I had put in wrong measurements, but they helped me sort it all out without any faffle! Email response was very quick, and the problem was solved within 2 days. They really do care about making you 100% satisfied, I will definitely purchase again.

I've ordered from firmoo twice now and I have nothing but positive things to say. They offer affordable, beautiful glasses. I have ordered prescription sunglasses, regular prescription glasses and glasses with the blue lenses, all of which arrived promptly, were of good quality and worked as they should. I'm very happy and would definitely recommend them.

Servizio eccellente, personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Very helpful

Firmoo help me a lot with my service. They're fast and always kindly. 100% recommended.

The service was beyond my expectations, as shipping was not at fault of Firmoo. I was merely curious why it’s was taking longer than stated to arrive. Upon inquiring, the service was warm and resolved any worries I had. Even got a free coupon. 110% satisfied

I've ordered glasses off other online retailers, such as Warby Parker and EyeBuyDirect, and had amazing experiences with both. I was kind of skeptical of Firmoo and thought it would be kind of cheap, but eventually I was drawn in by the cute styles. Overall, I am very pleased as they were delivered super fast and look really sturdy. I did end up returning them and received a refund within 24 hours (which is amazing).
