Best customer service I have EVER had!! I first ordered a pair of glasses that were a bit too small unfortunately. I had asked to exchange and the customer service representative told me it wouldn't be a problem and said I could still keep my old pair, but they refunded my money to buy a new one! The new pair is PERFECT and even looks like they adjusted the frames to fit my head perfectly (I advised them I had a wide face). Amazing quality, amazing customer service. Will forever recommend!!

Zanna was very quick and helpful when I had problems. She provided me with the best solutions. Firmoo is excellent, the glssses are so cute and fashionable yet cheap. One thing I would like to be better is the website itself. It’s a little inconsistent. I had trouble using the “try on” feature as the little box blocked me from clicking on other things. But other times I was able to move it. Also it would be better if the reviews didn’t open in a different tab

This is my first time I ordered glasses on line, unfortunately I messed up the prescription, my customer service coordinator was so understanding and helpful in correcting my mistake and the reordering of my glasses!
