Received my glasses, took very long ! Surprise just love them, very good quality. Never got a pair of glasses, before that i truly enjoy like those. Delivered to my door, in a beautiful case tools to fix. And more inside coupons etc.... I would love if they would send, a ruler to measure. Guess im having bit of problem, with the measurement. Cause my glasses or little to big, but still over all just very very happy..Will be shopping again at Firmoo, and will recommend to everyone. Thank you

This company is beyond great. Yes I had a BIG problem but I got immediate customer service via email that fixed everything in the order and the rep was super polite. I have been telling everyone who will listen and will definitely use Firmoo in the future. I have already got a family member expecting her order delivered!

I bought my first pair of glasses from firmoo and I actually bought the wrong frames. I contacted firmoo and they got back to me in a couple of hours on a weekday which I was impressed by and they helped me exchange my glasses without any issues. They dispatched the glasses with my prescription quickly too which I was also very impressed by as most online stores take atleast 2 weeks. UPDATE: I bought my glasses and has been roughly 2 weeks and my glasses have broken. I am very disappointment in the quality and build. I will not be buying from this company again. It was probably why they were free.

Glasses are fantastic quality. Fast shipping. I had a prescription error (drs fault) and they were still quick to remedy the issue and send me a corrected pair :)

The first pair of glasses I ordered didn't seem to be the correct prescription, so I contacted Firmoo and received a prompt reply offering several options to fix the problem. The new pair of glasses came out great and you can't beat the price.
