So I foun this website because it offered cute frames with prescription that didn't cost a fortune. I loved soo many diffrent ones. I did place my order but it had wrong prescription unfortunately. Firmoo gave me new pair for free! Like whaat but I'm so happy about their service I will order more probably :D

Had a great CS experience. I ordered glasses and accidentally messed up typing in my prescription. When I got my glasses, they looked great, but I knew I'd messed up the prescription. I contacted CS, and they simply made sure the prescription on my account was correct, and then gave me a code to reorder them. Couldn't have asked for better

The glasses are very nice and are not expensive. I ordered 2 pairs and wasn’t very satisfied with the second pair but they met my needs and helped me !!! Will continue to shop on here

Excellent customer service! One pair of glasses I ordered didn't fit my face well, and Sophie worked with me to find the best solution. Ultimately, I requested a refund, and the process was simple and painless. I really enjoyed the other pair of glasses I ordered, and plan to use Firmoo for future pairs!
