I was wary about shopping from a store that’s based out of China, but the customer care is incredible. My prescription of my glasses changed and they offered me a discount to buy new pairs. Asked for verification of my prescription so that it is accurate and the changes made to my account were verified. Then offered advice on the blue blocking feature and making sure that I would be most comfortable, which I gladly took. All of this occurred via email in under an hour.

The customer service is excellent!! This is my first order with Firmoo and while ordering I made an error which I only realized after completing the order. When I went back in to correct I couldn't - my first thought was oh he we go with the issues and I just threw away money. I then decided to reach out to customer service via chat and phone but had to leave a message. Again I'm thinking I'll never hear from anyone, this was a mistake etc. however I was wrong on all counts. Customer service almost immediately responded and by the next day the issue was resolved. Maggie in customer service was amazing, maintained contact, kept me well informed, corrected my order error and issued a refund for the difference. I couldn't be happier with the response and resolution. The glasses are being processed so I don't have them yet but if they are half as good as the customer service I'll be thrilled! I'm very excited to receive my first order and expect I'll be a loyal customer for a long time to come.

I am very pleased with my glasses. The frames are very good quality and stylish. They do not feel cheap or flimsy. The prescription is correct. This is amazing when you consider the low price. I asked for two changes to be made after I placed the order. Customer service accommodated me promptly. I was not treated like a problem customer. Great customer service and very good product. What more can you ash for?

Excellent customer service! I ordered two pairs of eyeglasses and one of them came defective (the lenses). However, Firmoo quickly gave me some options in order to solve the problem. The frames are amazing and seems to be good quality! It is not my first time buying eyeglasses from Firmoo, so that means I am satisified with the service.
