The best choice ever made!!!

I have had a wonderful experience with Firmoo thus far! Sent the wrong PD and emailed them and within less than 24hrs I got a response and they fixed it for me!

My package/envelope came opened and one of my pair of glasses was missing. I emailed Firmoo support and In just two days, they gave me the option of a refund or coupon to replace my order. Entirely thankful. But the pair of glasses that did arrive were beautiful and fit my face perfectly. Decent quality and came with a hard case.

The glasses I bought wasnt suitable for me but the refund process was very smooth and simple! Great service

They answer really fast and sent the package to China even if in the page the option isn't available

I received a pair of Firmoo glasses to review on my Youtube channel. Even though I received the pair of glasses for free, all opinions are my own. I am impressed by the quality of customer service they provided. They were responsive to messages and the glasses arrived in a timely manner. The pair of glasses I received were quite nice and lightweight. Upon browsing their website, they had a huge selection. The glasses were affordable and there were customization options.This is the second time that they have reached out to me, hence my second review.

I love my glasses, they are beautiful of excellent quality, beautiful models and a fast and quality service, very happy
