Firmoo has an amazing Customer service, Sophie was just a great help in fixing a problem with my order. I would totally recommend Firmoo to anyone looking for great glasses and a awesome company.

I’ve used this site many times in the past to order frames-I’ve actually got about 20 pairs of glasses from them. I’ve always been super happy with the price and the quality, but I had an issue with my last order. The frames and lenses looked different than I thought they would. I wrote to customer service and they answered back very quickly, asked for some pictures, told me it was likely a matter of something looking different on my screen, apologized for my disatisfaction, and offered me either a refund or a coupon code for more frames to replace them. Wow. Sometimes things look a little different than expected; that’s the risk of buying online. But I am fully assured that Firmoo stands behind their customer satisfaction 100%. I even had the same customer service rep the whole time-her name was Agnes-so a bonus shout out to her for keeping me a loyal and satisfied customer, who will continue to refer anyone and everyone that asks to your site.

He vuelto a repetir con ellos, son las terceras gafas que pruebo y todo genial. Las veces anteriores pedí gafas de pasta, pero esta vez decidí con una montura un poco más especial. Ha sido todo un acierto la montura es fuerte y muy bonita. A todo el mundo que se las enseño les encantan. Los cristales son de buena calidad y el envío muy rápido.
