These guys are customer satisfaction specialists. Period. An issue with applying coupons / discounts to my order and ended up placing my order anyway resulted in a refund / credit on the next pair. If you need prescription eyeglasses and can't afford the over priced same old same olds... Give firmoo a try. No regrets.
