FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

Firmoo is one of the best. I highly recommend. I got exactly what I chose and their customer service is awsome.

Lynn was a major help to me via email. I am so surprised and pleased with the quickness of the responses and the willingness to help so much. The first time I bought from this website I was so happy and pleased, and since then I have bought over 7 items from here and have been so pleased each time. When people ask me where I got my glasses I always am so excited to tell them about Firmoo, and they always write the website down because the deals here are AMAZING. And now I learned that the customer service is just as amazing. I will continue buying glasses from here.

Not just great glasses but fantastic customer service. I have recommended firmoo to all my friends and family too! Sturdy and fashionable black frame with gold accents compliments my narrow face shape. These frames are suitable for male or female shoppers

Had a slight problem with frames not being a good fit and the customer service to get me taken care of has been top notch! Will continue to reorder and tell everyone I know that wears glasses about you all! Super fast processing and delivery time. Amazing prices even when ordering ultra thin lenses and Anti glare/scratch. Amazing with keeping you posted agree order is placed about where it is in production and how quick it will ship. Tracking info provided quickly as well. You could say I’m now obsessed been wearing glasses over 25 years and this is the best way yet I have found to order and have variety that even I can afford

By far, Firmoo has one of the best customer service teams around. They are quick to respond and are extremely helpful. I recommend Firmoo products to all my friends and family!

Really nice eyeglasses, it was our first purchase on internet. I have to highly recommend this store Firmoo. The shipment was very fast. Thanks a lot and next time we choose your store once more.

Sophie provided excellent customer service . I read the site wrong and thought I had three months to return the glasses . Sophie made the return process very stress free and easy . Thank you again .
