I have been purchasing all of my eyeglasses from Firmoo for years and years. It would be embarrassing to tell you how many pair I have! Every thing about doing business with Firmoo is fantastic to the nth degree. The glasses frames and the lens quality and the prescription accuracy are superb! The quality for the price is without match anywhere! I find their website is super customer friendly and easy to maneuver. Ordering is a breeze. Delivery is very quick considering the glasses are shipped to USA from China. I have never waited more than 10 days from moment of ordering. Customer service, both on the website or through email is equal to the quality of the most excellent customer service you could find in the States. Kudos to all of you at Firmoo!! I hope you stay around forever!!

Azienda serissima. Dopo aver comprato dall'ottico degli occhiali progressivi ho voluto provare Firmoo per averne un paio di riserva. Che dire....indosso sempre quelli Firmoo. Ci vedo meglio, sono più confortevoli e li ho pagati decisamente pochissimo. Non so quale sarà la durata nel tempo ma considerando che costano poco li cambierò più spesso. Dimenticavo servizio clienti impeccabile.....

No me esperaba la buena calidad de las monturas que compré tan económicas, además me equivoqué en la medida en una y han sido muy amables ofreciendo dos opciones para reembolsar o cambiarlas,el servicio de atención al cliente es sobresaliente y sus productos también, no volverá a estafarme ninguna óptica en España, los precios de los cristales son abusivos en las tiendas, gracias Firmoo por darnos precios razonables que permiten cambiar tus gafas sin hipotecarte y con calidad.
