Glasses sizes were clear indicated so it was very easy to buy the right ones! The buying experience was very easy and you can upload your prescription too. The choice is very large!and the price is really convenient. I received the glasses in Italy within 10 days, well packed and with 2 cases and screwdriver. Completely satisfied with the product.

I ordered a pair of glasses that were too narrow for my liking. I sent a request for an exchange and my CSR Molly responded less than 24 hours later and she helped me get another pair of frames that would fit me better for free. She was very polite and demonstrated good customer service so I’m very satisfied. Especially since I haven’t had glasses in a while because my former ones broke and they’re usually super expensive.
