I have bought several pairs of glasses from Firmoo and I have always been happy with both products and service. However, the last pair I bought featured their "XTRACTIVE" lens which cost quite a bit more and I wasn't happy with the result. As advertised, it does go dark, more or less immediately, as soon as you go outside, but it takes a long time to revert back to clear. I wrote a letter stating my disappointment and in reply, they requested a short video showing the darkened glasses, which I duly submitted. Thereafter, without any further ado, they offered me a voucher to the value of twice what I had paid for the glasses or a full refund. Not needing any more glasses at present, I opted for the refund which I received via my Paypal account within a few hours. Apart from immediately offering a full refund without any further hassle, I was very impressed with the way in which the whole matter was handled, right from the beginning to the end. I can thoroughly recommend Firmoo, both for their products and their service.

Brillengläser waren perfekt geschliffen, hatte leider ein Problem mit dem Gestell, jedoch ist der Kundendienst schnell hilfreich und freundlich

Amazing experience. My glasses are lovely. I've had so many compliments on them, the lenses are perfect, and they came very quickly. I did have an issue with one of the pairs I originally ordered where there was a slight distortion to the lense, but when I asked for an exchange, Firmoo got back to me immediately with a coupon for the cost of the glasses and postage that I could use for a new pair, and didn't even require me to send back the faulty one's. I will definitely be buying from them again, I am thrilled with the experience.

Ich bin wirklich super begeistert und kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Ich habe schon vor ein paar Jahren hier bestellt und damals schon nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht, deshalb habe ich jetzt wieder bestellt. Die Brillen von damals sind bis heute kein bisschen zerkratzt und es ist auch nichts kaputt gegangen. Dabei passe ich ehrlich gesagt wirklich nicht gut auf meine Brillen auf. Ich werfe sie oft einfach irgendwo hin, sie fallen mal auf den Boden und trotzdem halten sie einfach super. Zum Vergleich hatte ich mir ungefähr zur selben Zeit auch eine Brille bei Fielmann gekauft für knapp 300 Euro. Die ist mittlerweile komplett zerkratzt, sodass ich fast gar nichts mehr dadurch sehen kann. Jetzt habe ich wieder bestellt und bin genauso begeistert wie damals. Fünf Brillen für ungefähr 100 bis 150 Euro inklusive Versand ist einfach mega. Die Lieferung war nach zehn Tagen da. Ich würde es wirklich jedem empfehlen. Für den Preis so eine Qualität zu bekommen ist einfach top. Ich bin wirklich richtig zufrieden.
