Excellent service, used this company as a first venture into purchasing glasses online, safe to say I’m very impressed, delivery turned up in half the time it would take to even get glasses made at the opticians, and the frames themselves as at a very good standard and look as good to designer frames but at a much more affordable price! Will most definitely be using firmoo again

Love my glasses and the customer service is excellent. Why pay $400. for one pair at your Drs office when you can get three pair for way less. Definate customer for life!

My experience has been great. First time ordering glasses from them and I messed up on my prescription. I received a credit to order new ones with the right script and was asked to donate the other glasses. Great customer service!! Will be giving firmoo my business.
