Awesome company! Definitely real honest and have great glasses. Shandee helped me throughout a whole process when I made a mistake and sent my glasses to a previous address. She then followed up to make sure I was getting my new glasses with the correct address.

I love my glasses and I think that Firmoo's service is great as well. I'm super satisfied with my purchase and the affordability. There are so many amazing styles, it was hard to choose just one. I bought 3 pair of glasses but they finally dont fit. Theyre way too big for my tiny face. Abigail gave me a refund and im waiting for it and she doesnt want me To waste my time n energy so she gave me a really good services advices and an excellent and fast answer.
