Love these glasses they are perfect!

The best company for glasses! I live in the uk and the glasses are made and shipped from the USA, I have had Shandee with me through the whole process of my glasses being made. The quality of the glasses are 10/10 they are weighty but not uncomfortable knowing that they have been made well, even the case is amazing quality! The case even includes spare screws and a little screwdriver that can be attached on to the keys so if they come loose you can tighten them up easily. I can’t praise the company enough.

LOVE THESE GLASSES. They are so cute and perfect. They don’t feel cheap or weak at all! I’m so glad I didn’t have to pay hundreds of dollars just to be able to see!

Very satisfied with customer service

I was sceptical at the beginning, as I never bought prescribed glasses online before. Now om not gonna shop anywhere else but on firmoo.com! My frames are so eye-catching, Im having so much compliments that I can't count them :) Anti - blue light coating is awesome my eyes aren't tired after work anymore and I'm not crying in front of my customers anymore. Wait no longer, firmoo got your glasses, you just need to choose them!

I placed an order for some reading glasses and was super excited to get them. Firmoo let me know when they were shipped and I also got a notification they had been out for delivery. Somewhere in the process, the post office lost my package. I emailed CS and asked what they do in this instance and they immediately gave me 3 choices that were all in my favor. I still wanted my glasses and I asked if they could just replace the order as is and they did it with no hesitation. Somewhat unexpected from an online shopping experience. Maurice and Reyanna kept in touch until it was resolved. I appreciate you both so much!
