I accidentally ordered glasses that may to big for me, which definitely my fault. I got some help from a Cs representative who gave me a coupon code worth the price of the glass, and also gave me some tips to choose properly-fitting glasses. The Cs representative was really helpful, and I really appreciate the service.

Glasses were here within about a 2 weeks, the lenses are good quality and came with a case and a cleaning cloth and a bag for the case. Glasses are as they were on a picture and they fit perfectly. I am very satisfied. Will order again from Firmoo. I highly recommend.
