They have such an amazing customer service

My first time ordering with Firmoo and I was so excited when the glasses were delivered only to see I messed up our prescriptions. I submitted request with customer service and received very quick response from CSR Meliza. She resolved my issue without any problems and was very nice and professional about it. Will definitely be ordering more from Firmoo!

Great service.

Their customer service is the best. I received my glasses yesterday and I couldn't see through those lenses. I contacted them right away. They responded within just few hours. They showed me my ordered prescription compared with the doctor prescription which I resent when I applied the the refund. The two prescription s are different. . They offered me two options, one is a $75 coupon to get a different pair or a refund minus the shipping cost. I took the second option. Two hours later, they sent me a notice that the refund has already completed. I am very impressed with their service. Five stars by all means!

Just got my new glasses and I love them they are perfect! USPS tracking was messed up so I called customer service and they were able to help me. They told me where my glasses were and when I could expect them. So glad I tried Firmoo!

They refund me right away (only charge $5 fee, it’s fair) First pair are cute and frames & lenses seem quality.

Aside from loving my new glasses, I could not be more pleased with the 1 on 1 customer service I received from Allison when I emailed Firmoo about my lense coating. Not only was I able to keep them after realizing I could use them for certain situation, but Allison still sent me a coupon to order a more comfortable pair for everyday use. I am thrilled and will most definitely be ordering from Firmoo again, and again.
