I love these glasses!! I bought both colors. They are so light with polycarbonate lenses and the aren’t so tightl that they put a crease in the side of my temple. They are oh so cute and flattering to an aging face!

I had an issue with my glasses and wanted to get them exchanged or get a refund for them. I was afraid I was going to get dismissed since the origin of the issue was my fault. But they were very understanding and decided to resolve the it. These are Great products and Great service these people provide.

I could not see clearly out of the glasses I purchased, so I emailed firmoo support and got an email back almost instantly. They circled my prescription where I messed up and let me know that they will take care of it and issued me a coupon for the money I paid for them. It was MY mistake, but they still took care of me. One of the best companies I have ever purchased from! So grateful!

Glasses are really nice for the price you pay. I just ordered my third pair and was concerned about the tracking information, so I emailed them and within a day I received a reply with my tracking and a explanation as to why I hadn’t received it yet. Of course, it was just me being impatient, but the response was VERY helpful. I’ve always heard good things about their customer service, and I’m happy to say that they are true.
