FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

Large range of styles. Really good quality glasses for such a low cost. I've ordered twice now from the UK and received them really quickly. They look more expensive than they are.

Very detail oriented. Super friendly!

Very good service. Got refund immediatly for a broken glasses.

Shandee was incredibly helpful in assisting me with my issue. She effectively communicated her concerns with my problem and addressed it right away. She maintained communication and helped me solve this problem without any complications. Thank you so much Shandee, you are an asset to the Firmoo company.

The glasses I received were what I had ordered but thru no fault of Firmoo I wasn't happy with them. They offered me a credit for exchange or a refund, I chose the refund and they advised they would issue my refund and I could keep the glasses and donate them. It is a very generous gesture.

Excellent customer service! Will continue to purchase from Firmoo Optical!

Glasses came quickly even despite COVID-19, and I was very satisfied with their quality. I didn't end up liking the frame I originally ordered and Firmoo let me exchange them for another pair without hassle! Will definitely be ordering again in the future
