Just received my glasses and haven't tried yet but i have to say: Wow, so far, everything related to this company is golden. Just received my glasses and I HAD to write this review. Firmoo is awesome! Perfect customer service, awesome quality and funny thing is I couldn't even read my prescription! I uploaded it on the website and Firmoo did me the favor! They send ur glasses with a bag, cleaning tissue(that special fabric thingy) AND a BEAUTIFUL case with world map on it 😍 I'm obsessed with the quality! The shipping time to Japan is long tho (2weeks or so, during the Covid-19 crisis), but totally worth it! Never thought I'd actually write a review here but ya 😂

Dear Firmoo Thank you for being so kind to me, it has not been easy these past few months for me due to my condo going up in flames, I lost everything, now the pandemic. Always very friendly and willing to help. I've ordered glasses from them before and they never fail to amaze me. If the sizes are wrong or anything they are more than willing to help you fix it. 10/10 review. I applaud them and their service and commitment.
