I ordered some sunglasses/frames with a light brown tint instead of a dark brown tint. Karen assisted me with a full credit for some new frames immediately—no question asked. I love Firmoo so much!!

I’ve used other similar companies to buy my glasses before but Firmoo have definitely been the best. Other cheap glasses I own feel very flimsy and the prescription is slightly off (not surprising really given the price of them) but the glasses I’ve bought from Firmoo have genuinely been better quality than some I’ve bought from designer brands, plus they come in a cute and great quality case which is a bonus. Delivery was far quicker than I expected and the quality of the lenses is absolutely perfect. I’ve found with some cheaper glasses, the lenses can make everything look washed out, but these are crystal clear. It’s a shame they don’t have a wider range of styles, but I’m just a bit picky.

Shandee was very kind and helpful when my glasses were not the right fit (I was having dizziness and discomfort with the pair of glasses I bought)! She offered me many options to remedy the situation and gave me detailed explanations. Overall very considerate and understanding 🤗 response times were also pretty quick!
