FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

Shandee was excellent at listening to my problem and finding the best solution to resolve the issue!! She made sure the solution was in my best interest and saved me time and money! Thanks again Firmoo!!

FIRMOO was the only online eyeglass outlet carrying the large Aviator style frames I prefer. Others had a knock off which are significantly smaller when you read the details section. The FIRMOO frames are also compatible with the progressive lenses I require. Their prices are extremely reasonable and many frames and lenses options have a discount code to use. Their service was three times faster than the last glasses I purchased from another outlet. This was despite delays in shipping prompted by the Covid-19 pandemic. I don't purchase glasses very often but I will use FIRMOO the next time I order eye wear.

Definitely recommend, great quality for a great price! I'll ordered 2 pairs of glasses and definitely will order more in the future. Very happy customer

So kind and helpful!

110% COMPLETELY SATISFIED! Excellent customer service and delivery!👍 Love my prescription glasses!👍 Very happy with the frame!👍 Great selection to choose from! Love the glasses case!👍 Thank you so very much FIRMOO!😊😊😊

They’re sooooo cute! I’m in love!

They fulfilled my order correctly and quickly - faster than my local frame shop. I enterd my prescription wrong unfortunately and had to request an exchange, but they took amazing care of the situation and made sure I got new frames, only paying for shipping. Can't recommend these guys enough!

Excellent customer service!!
