Not only does Firmoo have great frames and lens at amazing prices, but they have blown me away with their comprehensive and fast customer service! I’ll never get glasses from another place.

I have bought from Firmoo twice and intend to in the future. First-time excellent customer service and bought specs that were perfect for my highly bad eyesight. Usually, it is super expensive for me so I was very grateful especially as mine broke in quarantine. Second time ordering they came damaged in transit and firmoo immediately offered a full refund or voucher and where to donate the glasses! amazing service!

The glasses are amazing. I have ended up buying about 4 pairs and also my parents both ordered from them. I would never buy from anyone else again. The service is brilliant and quick, and customer service are top class when I emailed them first time. If there were more than 5 stars firmoo would get them. The glasses that I chose and also even the prescription sunglasses are such great quality.

The glasses I ordered arrived quickly and were beautiful and well-made. Unfortunately, they just didn't suit my face, which is always a risk when ordering online. I contacted Firmoo to ask about an exchange or refund, and Jeannie, my customer service rep, was terrific! She answered all my questions and offered other frame choices for me to consider. When I ended up requesting a refund, it was granted with no questions asked and deposited back into my account in less then 24 hours. Thanks, Firmoo, for offering quality products at great prices, and especially for your excellent customer support! I'll continue to shop with you!
