Firmoo is the BEST online glasses store around. Customer service is prompt and always goes above and beyond. In one instance, I paid for expedited shipping and it took longer than promised so they refunded me the cost. That was the only issue I’ve ever had with shipping, otherwise every pair I’ve ordered has arrived early. I’ve been a customer for 4 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Great glasses for good value and excellent customer service.

I was skeptical about buying glasses from this site at first purely due to the low prices but was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. Came in a gorgeous map glasses case which is more sturdy than my NHS provided case! And the glasses look beautiful, dainty as described, and are lasting very well so far.

This is the first time I've ever purchased glasses online. Even though I had problems with vision distortion wearing the firmoo glasses and chose not to keep them, the customer service has been truly FANTASTIC and Shandee has amazing manners and is very customer-minded. I had originally decided to stick to paying more and getting glasses at physical stores, but i may reconsider shopping online on firmoo when I need new glasses because of the amazing customer service.
