My order was a little delayed in terms of shipping, but my shipping fee was refunded, which was great. When the glasses arrived, I noticed that my vision was weird with them, which is strange because they’re the same prescription as my old glasses. I tried wearing them for a day, but ultimately requested to return them. Shandee was great, gave me great tips for choosing a frame based on my prescription, which I didn’t even think about before. I had the option to either have my cost minus the shipping refunded, or to get credited the amount I paid and allowed to choose new glasses.

My daughters glasses were the first pairs I ordered. Both pairs were perfect and shipped right in time for school. I ordered 2 more pairs for myself. There was a delay in shipping but I spoke with a CSR and the issue was quickly resolved without my problems. Their customer service department works quickly and is so easy to work with! I will definitely be purchasing more.

Amazing service! I had ordered 3 pairs of glasses with an incorrect pupillary distance. When the glasses arrived and I couldn’t see correctly I sent an email to the company. I heard back within a few hours and they gave me a full refund for one pair (I didn’t like this pair in general) and a promo code that gave me two free pairs so that I could reorder the other two glasses with the correct PD with no charge to me. I can’t believe how quick and kind the service that people provide for this company are!

Great customer service, very responsive and accommodating. I ordered single vision by mistake and they gave me a credit to buy another pair. So happy with this company and the product. Will be a repeat customer.
