Highly recommended to order at Firmoo! Great quality, prescription is perfect, very low prices. I already ordered 4 glasses and they all fit perfectly. So happy with them! Customer service is quick and helpful. Don’t hesitate it’s so fun to be able to change frames now and then.

I have purchased 2 set's of glasses, 2 for me and 2 for my son and they are better and less expensive than the one my husband paid for at his regular eye glass store. In fact for what he paid for his I could have gotten an extra pair with the 4, I already got. The quality is there. I still can't believe the price I got them for. It takes a little longer to get the glasses, around 3 weeks but it is well worth it. Thanks firmoo for keeping your pricing so affordable, I'll be ordering more soon. Sincerely, Dorothy

Hi Dorothy, thanks for trusting Firmoo. We will try our best to ensure glasses are received as early as possible. But here is an explanation for you regarding that. If lens type is simple and prescription is low, glasses will be processed, shipped and received earlier; otherwise, it will be longer. Besides, standard shipping takes longer than express. Sometimes pandemic has some effect on shipping as well. If you have any confusions in the future, please don't hesitate to contact us by following methods. Take care and stay safe! I actually made a mistake on my order and paid more than I should have, without realising. I was personally reached out to resolve the issue and be refunded.

Hello all the way from Singapore! Received my glasses and I was very amazed at the quality, all good. Except that I inquired on some things, and Firmoo customer service actually got back to me promptly. Danica was really helpful and very polite in the way she put her words. Thanks!

The website is super easy to navigate. A little slow at times if you use a lot of filters, though, but that's to be expected. Excellent customer service and their tracking numbers are spot on. They helped me out when I needed to figure out my PD. In the process of exchanging an item, I will give an update when things are finalized.
