FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

Shandee has been very helpful and provided me with wonderful customer service! She was able to answer my questions in a positive manner and she resolve my issue with my glass rather efficiently. I am now in the process of waiting for my replacement glasses to be processed and be sent out to me.

I can not express enough how amazing this company and their customer service is. I was hesitant at first and thankfully was put at easy almost immediately. I received my first pair and sadly there was a mistake. What did arrive were beautiful and very high quality. The sad part lasted for seconds because the customer service team, Fema & Claire, took care of me right away. My new pair are on the way and I can't wait. Thank for being such an amazing company and holding my hand throughout this process. After wearing glasses for 40 years and having such a difficult prescription - they set my mind at ease. They have definitely scored a customer for life!!

I love my glasses and amazed that all I had to do was put my prescription in and they didn’t require my eye doctor contact information for it to happen. Came rather quick and it was my exact prescription. For like $12 including shipping. I got compliments and I love my glasses they are so cute and saved me money.

Received my free pair glasses today and I'm delighted, i paid for thinner lenses and a coating and they are spot on. Will definitely order again from Firmino, don't be put of by the fact they come from China go ahead and order.

Excellent customer service . Highly recommended

I recently took advantage of their birthday sale. I bought the S11050X(C6) frames in burgundy / gold. Placed my order on Sept 13th, and received my package today on the 26th. Usually I use their express shipping, but this time I tried out their standard shipping. It gave me an ETA of 1st of Oct. Which was fine since I was in no rush. But it came earlier, so I was over the moon. Took about 2 weeks. Which is amazing. Well packaged in a silver jiffy bag. The case looks different to the usual oval frosted plastic ones. This one was rectangular and you can slide the glasses out, it came with a cloth bag too. I placed 2 more orders with firmoo, so I'm waiting for them to arrive!! I can't wait. Great quality, affordable pricing, and great customer service always. These burgundy frames look amazing with the gold rim around the frame. I have a whole cupboard of firmoo glasses collected over the years.

The glasses I ordered didn't fit me very well and one of my sunglasses came without the nose pads, I contacted the customer service department to see what they could do. They offered me a part refund or a full voucher so I can order other glasses. I opted for a part refund as I didn't want to reorder and wait for the glasses as it took about 3 weeks to arrive as it was being shipped internationally. The customer service (Danica) was very friendly, helpful and understanding. Because of this, I would still like to try ordering from Firmoo again in the future :)

I have to say after working in an opticians for many years, I was feeling very sceptical about ordering from fimoo. I thought the prices were a little too good to be true and I was expecting to receive a substandard pair of glasses. I'm pleased to say that I was proven wrong! My first pair of glasses were great quality. Unfortunately they weren't a great fit on the bridge of my nose, so I contacted customer services who provided me with a discount code, so that I could order a different replacement frame. My replacements arrived in the post today. They are absolutely perfect! I can see no obvious difference between these glasses and the far more expensive ones I've sold in store for many years. Im based in the UK and only had to wait 2 weeks for delivery. I have recommended firmoo to my family and friends. I will definitely be ordering again!
