I ordered a pair of reading glasses after a long time not using them. I used the old prescription that I had. Glasses arrived and I noticed the lenses weren't long good to my eyes. After a make a new test the doctor gave me a new prescription saying the numbers were increased, and that is why I was seeing blurry with the former glasses. I contacted Firmoo in order to see if I could only order new lenses and use them on the frame. They gave me a full refund and a bonus code which allowed me to purchase the correct glasses now. Wow customer service. Well done guys!

Had issues with glasses and they refunded quickly, I didn't need to send the original back so I donated them. Everything was settled within 2 days.

Firmoo ha sido de las mejores cosas que me pasaron este 2020 jaja. Empezando porque tienen un servicio al cliente que no lo tiene ni Amazon. Mis gafas siendo una graduación un poco especial (graduación diferente en cada ojo de miopía + astigmatismo y graduación alta +6) me quedan perfectas. Veo igual que las que me costaron 300 euros. La calidad de la montura es bastante buena. Y nada uso mas mis gafas de 30 euros que las que me costaron 300!! y la gente siempre me pregunta por ellas porque están chulisimas. Pd. siempre pongo juntas mis gafas de 300 vs las de 30 y les digo que escogen cuales creen que me costaron cuanto y siempre dicen 300 a las de firmoo... :)

Amazing experience! I never truly know whether to trust online reviews, so I hope this reaches anyone who may be unsure of choosing to shop with Firmoo. I purchased a pair of glasses as a gift but realized about 15 minutes later that they were the wrong pair. I spoke with a CSR, got an immediate refund, and was even given a discount code to use since the initial code I had used for the incorrect order was only for your first order on the site. The glasses arrived much faster than expected, are extremely cute, and the prescription is perfect. The frames are a bit too big for the recipient, however, so we decided to get a refund. Not only did Firmoo offer me a coupon option as an exchange OR a refund option, but they promptly refunded me and told me to keep the glasses as a backup pair or to donate them instead of returning them. I no longer wear glasses, but that type of customer service will have me back for when I purchase gifts and I will definitely refer friends to them.

So here's the story. I made a mistake with my RX, and Firmoo was very helpful in correcting my prescription, They are an awesome team, glasses are perfect.. A very good experience, I'll be using them again, that's for sure.
