This is my first time ordering glasses online and Danica reached out to me wanting to make sure everything was correct with my order and letting me know I could send her my prescription since it was my first time ordering online so that she could verify that I had entered everything correctly. I was very grateful for that and the quick response I got any time I have asked a question. I haven't received my glasses yet so I can't comment on the quality of them but I sure am loving the customer service.

Return/ Exchange was very easy, and customer service was refreshing. I opted to fully return my glasses (style didn't agree with my face) and they let me keep them anyway due to COVID but gave me links to donate if I wished. Just took shipping off which was like $5-6. Overall, just easier to deal with than most. Another thing: the glasses themselves were surprisingly sturdy and made very well. For all the discounts they give I wasn't really expecting the quality that I received so, yeah!
