A few weeks ago I ordered two pairs of glasses with my new prescription. The glasses arrived in less than two weeks from order date to delivery, which I wasn't expecting. But when the glasses arrived, the prescription seemed off, I wore them for the full day expecting my eyes to adjust but it never happened, my sense of depth perception was way off. I emailed firmoo and asked for an exchange and explained out. I was emailed back within two hours and the customer service rep pointed out where i made a mistake writing out my prescription. Completely MY fault, but she was more than understanding and sent me a code to reimburse me for both pair, then when I placed the new order she checked in to see if it was written out correctly the second time and compared with my actual copy of the eye exam prescription. So beyond pleased with my experience with Firmoo. This is my third time ordering with them the past few years and every time they go over and above! I was not asked or paid for this review in any way, I'm just in awee with the service and the fact they helped me when I was the one at fault!

I bought 2 pair of glasses ( one mine, one for my mum). She couldn't see with her glasses but the client service was really efficient. The person who followed our order listened to us and gave us some useful advices and he/she didn't hesitate to give us a refund. Very kind.
