Firmoo's customer service is one of the best out there. I am so satisfied when I had to ask questions, they are always online. The package arrived days before the expected date and when I had to do a refund, it was also very quick and easy. 100/10 would order and recommend

Such good quality glasses, love the design, so flattering and couldn’t find anything similar anywhere else! I was skeptical buying these for £10 (free with delivery & processing fee) but they only took about 2 weeks to arrive and they are honestly better than my glasses from spec savers, they fit on my small face perfectly and the lenses are so crisp and clear. Would definitely recommend!

So impressed with this company. Used the discount code so my first pair were only £5. I was expecting a long wait but they only took around 10 days. After watching the video on how to measure pupil distance they were a perfect fit. Will definitely be buying more!

Very impressed with Firmoo. I ordered my glasses with prescription and computer blue light filter and I am 💯 percent impressed. The frame (Harry Potter) style exactly what I was after. The customer service provided by Firmoo (their policies for returns/exchanges and tools they provide you with to prevent those problems in the future) and the kindness of their associate Shandee was top notch. They answered my questions, gave me multiple options in order to solve my issue in a way that worked best for me, and even provided me with helpful links on where I can donate the glasses that didn’t work out for me! Usually companies that provide products for such a low price have terrible customer service (in my experience) but Firmoo has provided better customer service than any other company I’ve ever ordered from. I am beyond satisfied and impressed! They’ve even made changes to their policies to better serve people during the pandemic. This experience has been nothing but positive, these are the kind of companies that make me want to buy from them since I know they have my back!
