Frames are so adorable and also affordable! I wanted to try them out and ordered 3 pairs of glasses, i paid for express shipping and i had them with me on 8th day! Customer service is the best i ever encountered! I accidentally ordered one pair without coatings, wore them for a day and unfortunately couldn't get past the glare so i contacted them, said its totally my fault for overlooking this and they gave me code for a free par of frames which was amazing! All i had to pay for is the lenses and shipping, also they've said to save me time money and effort, i dont need to send them back. Just an amazing experience

I recently had an issue where ups said the package I had ordered from firmoo was delivered, when it wasn't. I emailed firmoo and they immediately helped point me in the right direction. They were so patient and immediately assured me that I would have no loss in this interaction. I just received my package two days later, it must have been a glitch in the system. The whole experience was amazing, they were super responsive, and ready to help!

La verdad que genial súper bonitas, han llegado en diez o doce días. La única duda que tengo es si los cristales son de buena calidad para gafas graduadas, por lo demás genial.

but felt like i had to leave one! glasses are great and they only took NINE days from my order to them delivering it on a sunday. With covid, black friday, christmas etc etc, i think that’s pretty amazing. i was shocked when the courier came to the door with my little parcel!
