Ordered the YSL1718024M frame, and absolutely adore the glasses. Predicted delivery was 21/12, and they arrived 16/12, perfectly packaged, and just as described. . Never tried Firmoo in all my years buying glasses online, but will definitely order again. Really impressed, thank you!

Seriously this is where to buy glasses!! They are an excellent company and I have ordered from them for a few years now and just had my first issue with a pair of glasses being to tight. They refunded me the money so I was able to purchase another pair! The only downfall to this is you cannot try them on but pictures seem to work and if you know what size you need (just learned this) then you are able to correctly choose the right pair for you!! But they will take care if you with friendly oh and did I say QUICK customer service!? Affordable good quality glasses! And when your kid breaks your glasses you can always afford your next pair! Thank you so much Firmoo!

I made a mistake and ordered Bi focals with the line! I was dizzy every time (that's a me thing) FIRMOO was wonderful in assisting me with getting me what I needed. Very helpful, understanding and efficient. Love my frames alot too!

Fema was incredibly helpful to assisting me in tracking one of the pairs of glasses I had ordered from Firmoo (it seemed like it was stuck in the USA FedEx location for almost two weeks without any update). Due to my very busy and hectic schedule and always missing the open hours of the FedEx location, she went above and beyond to help me contact them and I finally received my glasses!
