Claire has been an amazing help guiding me to order 3 pairs of glasses. She’s been so kind and generous she is going to keep me as a life time customer and I have already referred all my family and friends. Thank you for Claire.

I had ordered 3 pairs of glasses, 2 of the were sunglasses and the other a regular eye glass. I had made a mistake of my prescription and the left lens was not correct. That same day I emailed the company and they got back with me less than 20 minutes and explained the issue and the issue was fixed and I was able to get 3 new pairs ordered the following day. I come across a few amazing customer service s and this is by far one of the best and easiest experiences.

I purchased 2 glasses from firmoo and I put the wrong prescription for my glasses so I couldn't see clearly. However, firmoo offered me options of refund or credit for me to purchase a new pair. This is my fault but firmoo agents are very understanding and tried to find solutions for all of my problems. There live chat service is amazing, I can talk to agents whenever I want and don't have to wait long. They are all friendly and helpful that always offer more than 2 options for my problems. Overall, amazing experience and definitely will purchase more glasses in the future.

Customer Service was so great, helpful and kind and fixed the issue that was my own fault (I needed anti-glare and I didn't order it!) Thank you Firmoo, I'll always continue to come back!

Firmoo took the initiative to call and email to make sure I was receiving the best service possible. They also responded to me very quickly and was very polite throughout the entire process. I was very happy working with them and will continue to recommend Firmoo to my friends and family!
