FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

Excellent service and very good customer service representative. I would recommend.

I totally RECOMMEND Firmoo. They provided me the greatest Customer Service. I order a pair of glasses, but had some concerns with my numbers. It was makong me dizzy and also giving me headache, when I reached out to them Fema helped me understand the problem and not only she provided guidance she also offered me a coupon to get the correct pair of glasses. I was able to use all of her tips and got a beautiful pair without having any issues/headache/dizziness etc. I will forever shop on firmoo. Thank you So much Fema. Tip: Plz use the recommended lens/thickness/etc pay attention to frame size

There was a small delay in the delivery due to the pandemic. However the team was very helpful throughout the process and made sure to always reply promptly to my emails and also informed us about the delay in advance. The glasses are perfect they also came very well packaged and with their own case and cleaner. Very well served!
