I love found firmoo from one of my close friends and have been ordering from this website for about four years now. I love that each pair I’ve ordered is so light weight unlike the heavy designer glasses that leave marks on your face. I’ve only needed to be in contact with their customer service once and it was such an amazing experience. The low prices make this website seem a little questionable but please trust me when I say that I’m a real person who loves this glasses website!

Im really pleased with the glasses i ordered on here, the frames are really nice, good prices and my prescription is spot on. Good selection of lens options too. I did have an issue with one pair of frames not being suitable for me, i used the message feature on my order and had a response from a lovely customer service rep within 12 hours; clearly laying out what options i had - i chose to take a voucher for the value of those frames to reorder different ones, and firmoo sent me links on where i could donate the frames instead of sending them back. 5 stars for customer service, and 5 stars for the glasses! Definitley recommend!

Was a bit uncertain to order glasses online. But I am so happy with the product and the service that I will so it again. Love them glasses.

I LOVE, LOVE,LOVE Firmoo.com site Ordering my glasses is now fun, cheap easy and they provide BEAUTIFUL quality frames and lenses! In my job as a hairdresser, many days I like to switch up my look with plenty of new styles of affordable whimsical glasses styles and the solidly made frames are truly amazing. After far to many years paying TONS of money out for my progressive lenses and settling for one or two solid, basic (goes with everything eyeglass) styles...now my budget for glasses has enough room for some extra fun, whimsical glasses too -as well as the many good classic styles on offer at Firmoo.com! Finally...FUN Glasses for me!!! Yea!
