I was pleased to purchase glasses in firmoo. You will not only get a great quality of computer glasses for a steal price, but an excellent customer service, even if i have to re-order it due to prescription error. Thank you for your commitment for a great product quality and excellent customer service.

Restina & Precious were super helpful! I wasn't able to return the glasses that I bought a year ago (duh haha), but they helped me out by giving me options between two coupons that I could use for a new purchase. Great experience, thank you. :)

Easy ordering and return process. Quick responses from customer service and when I had a sizing question chat was able to help quickly.

These frames are so cute!!! You can tell these are built to last unlike many cheaper glasses you find online. I had gotten a pair similar to these from another company and they barely lasted a week! These are adorable, sturdy, and seem like they will last a while. I'm pretty rough on glasses.

After seeing, I had my order on hold because they had a few questions, I reached out to customer support. Marjierit, reminded me that Firmoo was not a try on service since I ordered 6 pairs of glasses and asked me to make sure my order was correct with the prescription and the sizes of the frames. I've purchased glasses from Firmoo in the past but after reading their email I made sure that everything was correct. I then realized that one of the frames was going to be too small and asked if I was able to cancel one of the frames from my order and Marjierit was able to help me. They were beyond patient and helpful with me and even provided tips for me at the end on how to take care of my frames once I received them. Amazing customer service and because they made all of this process run so smoothly, even though it could've been a headache, I will continue to refer my family, friends, and customers from work to Firmoo! Continue the lovely work, ya'll!

Very fast delivery even considering COVID and I am in New Zealand - it took a week and a half to arrive :) Beautiful glasses with blue light blocking, very comfortable to wear, for a good price. Will definitely be buying more in the future, so many cute options that is hard to choose from! :)
