I've ordered from Firmoo in the past based on a recommendation from a friend and I just keep coming back to them. They have reasonable prices and a great selection of styles to choose from. Recently, I ordered a pair of eye glasses that had some glitter on the side and I thought it looked really pretty. Upon receiving them, I noticed that the glitter was just a strip of glitter tape and the edge was already starting to stick out, so I wanted to return them. They are really cute but I don't think the strip would last long for me especially if I were to clean the glasses with eye glass solution, or even if it gets wet from the weather. The process for returning was straight forward; log into your account and go to your recent order, click on exchange or refund and they'll contact you within 24hours. First all, I'm really glad they actually responded within the expected time frame. I've had some experiences where I wouldn't receive a response until a week later! Anyways, Precious contacted me within the expected time frame and kindly gave me a credit towards another pair of glasses. She generously allowed me to keep the current pair as backup or I can choose to donate them, so that was nice of them. All I had to do was pay for shipping on my future purchase, which was fine. It was my mistake for not looking into the glasses thoroughly before purchase. Both of my glasses came within 7 days, from the time that I placed my order. Very fast shipping to Canada! Honestly, you can't go wrong with Firmoo. From their prices to customer service, my experience with them has been nothing but exceptional.

Ordered some prescription sunglasses but where totally off when received. I sent Firmo and E-mail with my concerns and they relied pretty quickly. My regular glasses are bifocals and I need them to be for far and near as well. Karen from Firmo explained to me thoroughly after carefully reviewing my prescription that unfortunately my prescription would not be able to be done in the sunglasses I had chosen. They gave me a refund coupon to pick some regular glasses and I didn't have to return the prescription sunglasses I already have. Karen was so helpful in every aspect. Once again Thank you Karen and Firmo,highly recommend Firmo.
