FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

I was recommended to use this site from a friend. She always had nice looking frames so I asked her where she buys her glasses. I was not disappointed. This site has great choices and good quality. The prices are great too. I accidentally ordered the wrong prescription the first time but they graciously helped me. I emailed them and they sent me new glasses with my correct prescription all for free. I just needed to cover the cost of shipping which was only $15 I think. These glasses are so much cheaper than the ones I got from my optometrist. And they work the same. Great quality at a great price! I highly recommended this site!

Amazing solution to my issue! Resolved very quickly as well. Thank you!

Always so pleased with Firmoo customer service. I will always buy glasses from here!

Very quick service. Even faster than they originally projected. The glasses are in such good quality that it’s hard to believe I bought them for such a low price. The only thing is that one of the glasses I bought fit a little differently than I expected (I bought the same pair months earlier), but it’s still good.

I ordered for the first time. The glasses came quickly. The frames fit my face perfectly. I loved the style and color of the frames. The price cannot be beat. I am happy with this first experience, and I will be ordering again.

This was my first ordering prescription glasses online. The pair I got were too big. I was happy to be given a refund to get pairs that fit. Super excited to buy glasses that fit for a reasonable price.

Great customer service! Helped me with my concerns.

I had a issue with filling out the prescription wrong. Emailed them and they got back to me the next day. The best costumer service . There glasses are amazing as well. I always recommend this website to family and friends.
