Very helpful customer service! I had a problem with my glasses once they arrived and emailed the customer service team, who replied the next day (on a bank holiday) and offered me a voucher to purchase a new pair of glasses without having to send back the original. Very happy Thankyou!

I received my beautiful glasses but was disappointed that they were too big for my face. I reached out to firmoo customer service on a Saturday morning and had a response by Saturday afternoon. They made things right with no complications. Excellent customer service!!!!!

I have ordered probably close to a dozen pair of rx glasses and/or sunglasses from Firmoo and have never had a problem. Great frames and lenses for a great price. I can only speak for single vision lenses but I haven’t had a problem. My rx is approximately -4.00 in both eyes with slight astigmatism in both eyes and I’ve gotten the basic 1.5 lens and the thinner 1.56 and honestly as long as it’s a plastic or acetate frame the basic free 1.56 lens serves the purpose just fine. I worked in ophthalmology for 8 years and have a little bit of optical training and as far as I can see the only reason to pay for thinner lenses is if your frame is metal, aviators or you are either very nearsighted or very farsighted and have a very strong rx. Very pleased with this company and never had a problem with any of my orders. With that said keep in mind- you are ordering $20-$60 dollar glasses- not high end designer glasses. You get what you pay for!

I completed an order and put in the notes if lenses were too thick please do not send and they contacted me and informed me of this to give me a chance to modify my order and upgrade my lenses which They did in a timely matter Very courteous and knowledgeable would highly recommend
