Bought a pair of glasses from firmoo and I absolutely loved them. They are comfortable, stylish and good quality. The prescription was perfect and I’m able to see really clearly with no issues. The glasses arrived on time and in good condition so overall very happy with my experience.

I ordered a pair of frames from Firmoo and I am incredibly impressed. I have a huge head so finding glasses is hard. The are so amazing. They fit well, are oversized as stated and are good quality for the price. They shipping was quicker then estimated also and where packed well! Will definitely purchase from them again

I had accidentally bought the wrong sized lens for one side of my glasses. I was afraid I’d have to buy the pair all over again or have a frustrating return experience. But Firmoo customer service was AMAZING and sent me a correct pair for free. I’m so grateful that they helped me with my mistake. I appreciate the forgiveness so much.

Great company, I was surprised with quite fast shipping and glasses are amazing for the price. Unfortunately it was too big for my face, but I had a pleasant experience with customer support and refund was issued very quickly.

Molto meglio di quanto mi aspettassi! Ho ricevuto i miei occhiali stamattina: gradazione perfetta e design davvero splendido. Senza contare che, dopo aver effettuato l'ordine, mi sono resa conto di aver inserito il CAP errato e ho contattato il servizio clienti, che ha risolto praticamente subito il mio problema. Viva Firmoo.com!
