This is the best company I have ever interacted with in general, not just for glasses. My customer representative Karen and Restina were extremely kind and helpful! The original glasses I ordered were not the correct size for me, reached out to customer service and got a coupon code for the full amount to try again. They’re amazing! Not to mention their packaging is nice and pretty!!

My glasses arrived protected, safe, and before expected delivery time! I love the frames and have already recommended firmoo.com to multiple family and friends.

Customer Service - 10/5 Quality - 10/5 This is from my personal experience. I have power of -4.5, as you know it is very high so i usually thin the lens. Disappointed with the local stores (oscar Wylee where i ordered 2 glasses, one regular with thinning and 1 without, $379 in total after discounts and paying extra $150 for thinning), I received bad quality glasses, heavy as rock. Frustrated and broke, i didnt want to spend any more money so wanted to order a cheap glass online. Found this website and wanted to try their glasses. Being someone who never ordered glasses online, this step was really really bold for me because you never know what shows up, i was specially concerned about the quality of lens. I was overwhelmed with Firmoo’s online service. There are available 24/7, no matter you knock them at 4am/5am or 12pm, they are always there. Their customer service is exemplary. the person assisted me for one and a half hour choosing my glasses, as i kept on asking them a million questions. You have to give them your prescription and then you have to choose what type of lens, thinning etc you need. As a new customer, i was worried but they superseded my expectation with their service. and they always have discounts. anyways i ordered the frame with around i think I got 40% discount for being new customer) and highest quality of lens (with super thinning, UV PROTECTION bla bla) it cost $106. They give you tracking number, sends you email, even while waiting anytime you visit their website their online help will be able to help you any time of the day and night with status. I received the glasses with no delay and O MY GOD, impressed with the quality. The power was perfect, the lens was as light as feather and they were so comfortable. THE BEST DECISION I HAVE MADE IN MY LIFE.*****Highly recommended, JUST TRY ONCE*** I ordered 3 more pairs in January, their quality being so good and they have a collection of various stylish frames, I couldn’t resist but order 3. Same experience, no issues at all. Few days back, one of my favourite pairs became loose (not manufacturing issues) so i let them know. They are based in US, i wasn’t expecting them to fix it, their frames are cheap anyways so i thought I’d get a frame and get local optometrist to fix it but i still contacted them to see if they give me any discount as i was within 3 month period. TO MY SURPRISE, THEY NOT ONLY GAVE ME A DISCOUNT ON MY FRAMES BUT GAVE ME A VOUCHER OF $143.79, i literally was lost words in shock. This is called customer service and quality, Oscar Wylee being a local store couldn’t help me a bit with adding a resistive feature to my glasses within same day and these people being an online service have given me an out of the world. i recommend all of you to try the glasses from Firmoo atleast once and there is no going back. Let’s just talk about how you CANNOT BEAT THESE PRICES. Quality is exceptional! Amazing customer service every time, they are Very attentive and proactive! Always comes aesthetically packaged and never late!!!

This is my first time using Firmoo and I'm very pleased with the service I received! I ended up having trouble with my first order - sizing and style wise. I requested an exchange and spoke with Jeannie. She was amazing! She gave me a promo code for the full amount to try again. But then I had trouble on my second order too - more of a prescription/size problem. I wasn't sure anything could be done because I'd already used my one return for the order. But I emailed Jeannie again to see what my options were. She was so very patient and kind. I've ordered glasses online before but I just had a lot of trouble this time. Something that might help in the future is including the possible PD ranges each pair of glasses can accommodate in the product description. I've always ordered glasses from Zenni before and that's something they have listed on each product. So I think knowing that would have helped me make better and more informed decisions on a couple of the pairs I ordered. But all in all, very happy with my experience on the site and in talking with Jeannie. She was really sweet.

Absolutely thrilled with my glasses just arrived. Fast delivery. The frames are absolutely super. The varifocal lens great quality. Excellent transition in sunlight. Last year had my very first pair of varifocals from Firmoo, took just 7 days to get used to them. Now they are second nature to me. Great customer service from Firmoo, seond to none. Will always return to Firmoo every year or when my prescription changes. Thank you Firmoo for making an 80 year old very happy with their glasses.

Selecting, ordering and reception of the glasses went well. While shipping was a bit slow (due to Covid), it didn't bother me much. I did have to return the glasses for an exchange as I didn't like how they looked on me, but the process was painless and speedy. Customer service was quick, clear and helpful. I was pleased with my interactions with the company throughout the buying experience.
