Ich habe zum ersten Mal bei Firmoo bestellt und es wird definitiv nicht das letze Mal sein. Die Lieferzeit war knapp eine Woche und die Brillen sind qualitativ gut verarbeitet. Ich hatte jetzt zur Probe nur die Standardgläser genommen. Bei den günstigsten Preisen ist aber mein Rat ruhig etwas mehr für die Gläser auszugehen, da sie doch sehr spiegeln (stört aber beim sehen nicht) und etwas dick sind (-3.75 Dioptrien). Aber auch das fällt bei den sehr dünnen Rahmen garnicht auf. Ich empfehle Firmoo auf alle Fälle weiter.

Absolutely faultless service, Pre sale and after sale. Glasses take a couple of weeks longer, but the staff are exceptional and go that extra mile to assist you, none of the you’ve paid so there’s nothing we can do. I would highly recommend. Glasses at a fraction of the cost in UK. 😀

Absolutely lovely customer service. I emailed them about a broken frame that I received and they replied within hours and gave me a coupon to get a new pair for the price I paid. It was very easy! They went above and beyond my expectations. Would definitely recommend!

After purchasing $300 glasses in store that were defective and super heavy from another company I wasn’t happy with the idea of going into stores trying on more so I decided to checkout firmoo. My 1st order was great, the glasses were super light & fit my face perfectly plus they have a great selection of kids sizes. They also have a huge selection of rings for sunglasses. My second order had some defects probably from being tossed in shipping and I was given a coupon to replace them.

They were so nice!
