FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

The prices, selection, quality, and customer service at Firmoo is fantastic!! I ordered 2 pairs of progressive glasses and a pair of sunglasses and they are all awesome!! Thank you Firmoo!!

Bestellung kam pünktlich an, Brille passt, Sehstärke stimmt, sieht gut aus, fühlt sich gut an. Gerne wieder!

I ordered two of the most amazing glasses that came within a week of my ordering them. Once I tried them on, there was an issue with the prescription; they were quite blurry. I reached out to customer service and they were prompt, professional, and extremely helpful. I was unable to get the situation rectified, due to my schedule, but the customer service rep did everything she could to assist. I requested a refund, and it came within a day. I hate that I was unable to use the glasses, but I’m so happy with the service I received. I will definitely be back! Thank you Firmoo. Your customer service is amazing!

I ordered two pair of glasses and I inadvertently made an error on my prescription. Firmoo asked me to send a copy of my prescription to them and they sent me two new pair at no cost to me. They have asked me to donate my first set to the needy. I am so impressed by the customer service at this company. I will never go anywhere else for my prescriptions. The quality is excellent as well. Thank you Firmoo!

Package received exactly as ordered and I was notified of the delivery process at every step

Alles super geklappt, sowohl mit den normalen Brillen als auch mit den Sonnenbrillen. Mir gefiel die eine Brille beim Anprobieren nicht und der Kundenservice hat mir super schnell zu einer zufriedenen Lösung verholfen. Mega. Nächste Bestellung ist Safe

First time ever ordering from Firmoo, and I'm so so pleased with my purchase. I've just had the glasses delivered, and I've already placed a second order within 30 minutes. The glasses came well packaged and the prescription is perfect. I have quite a small face, so ordered glasses from the "small" category and they're very complimentary. I'm so happy with my order, and can't wait for my other one to arrive. Thank you so much!

Was a bit dubious about ordering varifocals online but I have to say I am so happy with them. And the service was great too, just over a week which would be about the same if I got them in store. Super service would recommend x
