Exceptionally fast service with very professional staff

Firmoo's customer service team was so responsive (responded to my exchange request within 24 hours) and friendly as well! I made a mistake with my order, and the customer service rep highlighted this mistake and helped me order a new pair of glasses (ensuring I didn't make the same mistake twice). And even though I said I could exchange the glasses, Firmoo suggested I simply donate them!

This is my second time ordering from Firmoo, and they are excellent. You have the option to upgrade to premium lenses for a fraction of the price at regular optometrists and they have something for everybody. I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and sunglasses and both are lovely. They even reached out to me to make sure everything is ok because there were some minor hiccups with the courier and told me if I'm not happy with my glasses to reach out so that they can rectify any issues. Highly reccomend, you can't go wrong with Firmoo.

Amazing service! I mucked up the script, completely my fault. They sent out a replacement pair super fast. They even rang me to see what was happening when the courier missed me at home. 12/10!

Just some great feedback about my 1st pair and 2nd pair of eyewear I got. The 1st pair while I ordered I'd gotten an email to confirm if my PD was actually 80. That was resolved and I got my 1st pair very quickly about 2 weeks. I then decided after getting that pair to get another and use the coupon I got with the first set. LOVE EM. The first pair hurt a lil over the ear to the back but I gently bent them and realized that it got more comfortable after wearing them. LOVE LOVE LOVE EM!!!
