Ordered 2 pairs of glasses, and I was a little sceptical if I’m honest as I only paid £30. However that was very misguided. The service was excellent having contacted customer service the replied promptly, and my glasses arrived earlier than expected. The quality is excellent!

Perfect service . I ordered a pair of sunglasses but when they arrive they were a bit wide for my face. I contacted them and they immediately offered me a free replacement !! I only had to pay for the shipping and I also got to keep the sunglasses I originally order ... Great after-sales service !!

I've never had a bad experience buying from Firmoo, even when the glasses aren't exactly what I was I was expecting (usually my fault, by not checking the details properly), but usually, I get exactly what I'm looking for. The site is very detailed to make it as easy as possible to buy glasses remotely, and the customer service is great in case you run into issues. I've tried other sites and liked them too, but generally prefer Firmoo's selection. Overall, great website!
