Just recieved my first pair of prescription glasses from firmoo and I'm amazed at the quality for the price I paid .Also they came before due date !!!Will definitely order from this company again .

Fantastic service. The glasses I chose arrived in good time.amd were perfect and only cost 58 quid with thin lenses, blue light filter and are scratch resistant. I will be getting all my glasses from Firmoo from now on.

Dall'ordine all'arrivo degli occhiali in Italia sono passate esattamente 2 settimane. Sia io che mio padre abbiamo preso due paia di occhiali ciascuno; i miei non graduati, mentre i suoi progressivi. I passaggi mentre si fa l'ordine sono semplici da capire, ogni passo è guidato da spiegazioni ben precise soprattutto quando si ordina occhiali graduati. Io ho preso un paio di occhiali con lenti per luce blu al 40%, perfetti. Si sente la differenza appena si indossano e mi permettono di sforzare gli occhi molto meno quando sono al PC. Inoltre le lenti sono si con tinta gialla, ma non hanno una tinta tanto oscurante da distorcere drasticamente i colori come se ne vedono in giro. L'altro paio è con lenti Transition (arrivati con certificato di autenticità), anche quelli perfetti. Sono talmente soddisfatta che sto già pensando di ordinare anche un paio di occhiali da sole. Mio padre ha invece fatto 2 paia di occhiali progressivi. Uno con lenti oscurate da usare in auto, ed un altro con una leggera tinta blu per tutti i giorni. Ha speso meno di 200€ per entrambi e dice che quasi quasi ci vede meglio con questi che non con occhiali da 500€ acquistati da un ottico qui in Italia. Direi che non c'è altro da aggiungere. Le montature sono fedeli alle fotografie ed alle misure riportate sul sito. Buona qualità e leggeri. Rapporto qualità prezzo direi ottimo. Da precedenti recensioni pensavo avrei dovuto pagare oneri di dogana a causa del cambio delle regole dell'IVA dell'1 Luglio, invece nulla consegnati senza problemi.

Literally shocked at how AMAZING everything was!! It's so affordable, great shipping- no customs and arrived in a week, and probably the best pair of glasses I've owned. I'm definitely buying from here again! :)

Occhiali veramente belli e corrispondenti alle foto ed alle descrizioni riportate sul sito. Consegna abbastanza veloce (15 giorni). Molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto.

I was a bit unsure about my first time purchasing glasses online , but after spending £150 in December for a new pair at a high street brand and seeing them breaking after only 7 months of use, I gave in. I had some queries during the purchase and the people in chat were very helpful. Ordered and waited what I was expecting to be a month: got my glasses within 2 weeks. Upon arrival I noticed that the lenses were very thick although I selected and paid extra for thinner lenses as recommended by firmoo. Turned out that the lenses they recommended were not enough thin and I was a bit disappointed, to make it right they refunded the WHOLE amount of my purchase minus shipping costs to my disbelieve , to be honest I debated this a bit with the chat agent as I would have been happy just with a partial refund for my extra costs for the thinner lenses but they insisted on a full refund (or alternatively a voucher for a new pair). I am amazed with the quality and customer service of firmoo, will definitely buy again here too!!
