I really liked the glasses but given my prescription (I should have done more research) the glasses didn’t work for me. The whole process was great, ordering, receiving and then refund/exchange.

Great experience. The frames of the purchased broke and the customer service promptly issued a coupon for the amount of the glasses and lenses mounted on the previously purchased pair. I was able to buy glasses and lenses, as the broken frame was no longer available for solt out

If you have an issue. Don't hesitate to contact their email. They answered me within 24 hours and Kate resolved my problem. Great customer service.

Mi piacciono davvero molto, anche la prova che mettono a disposizione con la fotocamera devo dire che è veritiera, spedizione veloce per essere dall'America, 1 settimana, io sono miope e leggermente astigmatica e vedo bene con questi occhiali! Top qualità prezzo! Sicuramente farò un'altro acquisto.

Glasses FABULOUS!! And Customer service even more!! One of the glasses, I put wrong the prescription and they work with me sendin a code for a new pair!! I can even donate mine to someone!! They keep me as a customer 5 stars

The website has definitely improved over the years. For me, the reason why I've stayed loyal to Firmoo over the years is the amazing price for the quality of glasses and they offer so many assortments and gives you a lot of information about if the glasses will fit you. Most recently I've noticed they implemented something where if the measurements of your glasses don't fit for the prescription/face frame you inputted, they'll notify you upon check out. Which is great since there was one time where this happened to me (my glasses broke so I was in a rush to get new ones) and I was able to avoid purchasing a size too large for glasses like I've done in the past for other places. They also have a large variety of glasses and you can now add on sunglasses lenses on there too! They already had the sunblock, blue light, anti-scratch, anti-smudge add-ons but it's so good that you can turn your regular glasses into sunglasses without purchasing a whole new pair of glasses!

I've received the best service ever from firmoo. Loved how quick they respond to emails and how quick they ensured I receive my parcel. The quality of their glasses is out of this world. I'm very happy.
