I was not able to see well out of my glasses and the staff gave me a credit for new glasses!! Great costumer service!

I was not satisfied with my purchase because my glasses didn't fit how I would have liked them to, and I also plainly didn't like how the frames fit my face. After contacting customer service, I was helped by Maj, and they were wonderful in helping me and I was even more satisfied with the help I got than I would have been if I initially liked the frames. I don't think I've had a customer service experience as good as this one!

The whole experience was so easy and straightforward. I ordered a pair of clear single vision and a pair of single vision sunglasses. Both fit perfectly and the prescription was perfect. Hopefully if you buy from Firmoo your experience will be as nice as mine!

Even though I could not wear the glasses that I had ordered since Ii could not get used to progressive lens, Maj of Firmoo was very helpful in helping me get a refund and also suggested alternatives. They were very prompt and courteous in replying to my queries, that I have already placed an order for bi-focals. Excellent and prompt customer service

My glasses had one lens that I could not see out of. I’ve ordered about 6 pairs prior to this and have never had an issue. Customer service was very attentive and helpful with this issue :)

Professional service received from Firmoo. I was very skeptical to buy from an international company I'm situated in South Africa, however they've proved me wrong. They are always incontact with u to check if you have received your order and if its the way you expected it to be. I bought a pair of prescription sunglasses and a pair of spectacles for my son way less than what I could have paid at our local optometrist. Thank you Firmoo for making prescribed spectacles affordable and stylish.

Great customer service. There was an issue with the order but they promptly responded to my query and pushed the order through once the details were confirmed. Not to mention, very friendly. Would recommend.
